Here are the simple steps to put your ads:

[+] Fill in the link to the site/page you want to advertise and submit
    or
[+] Feel free to use whatever code you wish. Just use the correct banner size.
[+] After submitting the form, it will switch to "pending" status and will be sent to admin for a review
[+] Once approved, you will see the status on this page and the ad will be shown on all of your image pages
